In its November 2018 issue, ACROSS Magazine reports on the revitalization plans for the Rhein-Ruhr Zentrum in Mülheim an der Ruhr. Together with a real estate fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, redos had consolidated the actual shopping-centre, the Karstadt Arkaden and the adjacent office tower in three single transactions.
