Independent expert for retail properties – with expertise along the entire value chain

Large-scale retail properties are our passion. Ever since our company was founded in 2004, we have focused exclusively on this asset class. As a leading investor and active asset manager, we currently manage properties worth more than EUR 2.4 billion at 72 locations throughout Germany.

In 2009, redos merged with 3C Properties AG from Cologne, a specialist in the development of shopping centres and retail parks in Germany. With our five business lines – investment, asset management, fund management, redevelopment and advisory – we offer institutional and semi-institutional customers with a focus on retail properties a virtually unique range of services. Our holistic management approach also includes designing our own special funds for large-scale retail properties.

Co-investment capability
Together with our institutional and semi-institutional investors, we acquire large-scale retail properties with development potential throughout the whole of Germany – and increase their value systematically and sustainably with active, forward-looking asset management.
All investment vehicles
We work with all common investment vehicles. We offer our investors both individual mandate and fund solutions. Together with Union Investment under a third-party AIFM mandate, for example, we have already launched two special AIFs focusing on large-scale retail properties in Germany.
All risk classes
We offer professional and semi-professional investors lucrative investment opportunities in the risk classes core, core plus, value add and opportunistic. Above all, it is the relatively attractive risk-return profile that makes investing in large-scale retail properties so worthwhile.
Value-adding redevelopment
We see professional redevelopment as an opportunity to sustainably increase the value of retail properties. Together with our tenants, we develop forward-looking space and utilisation concepts. This way we do not just safeguard property’s value sustainably and in the long term, but we also systematically leverage the potential for value appreciation.
Broad tenant network
We maintain close contact with all major retail companies and are in a constant dialogue with our tenants. We tackle challenges such as advancing digitisation and changing user requirements together with our retailers. Through close cooperation, we create transparency and security for both tenants and investors.
