In our core business area of “Retail”, we focus on large-scale retail properties in Germany, concentrating in particular on retail parks, hybrid and traditional shopping centres, convenience retail centres, DIY stores, hypermarkets and similar properties. Our particular strengths lie in restructuring and repositioning, letting, and the accompanying value optimisation.
With our business section “Urban Logistics”, we take a holistic view of the supply of urban areas and respond to the interdependence of online and offline retail. We regard this area – commonly referred to as “last mile” – as a further distribution channel for our customers in the retail sector. The most relevant challenge here is to conduct the delivery of goods to the consumers reliably, conveniently and safely. To achieve this, close interaction between online and stationary trading is crucial. Thus, we have decided to include the asset class Urban Logistics as a complementary business field.
