In spring 2021, we acquired an attractive property for our “Redos Einzelhandel Deutschland II” special AIF. With a direct connection to the A6 motorway, the property expands our portfolio to include a high-quality location with a main tenant of strong financial standing in the form of REWE. Furthermore, the immediate proximity of the property to a prominent discount food retailer means it enjoys additional synergy potential. The high standard of construction is underlined by the state-of-the-art appearance and the efforts to obtain DGNB Silver sustainability certification for the property. The site measures around 9,400 sqm and will offer around 90 free parking spaces upon completion.
