Do centres till have any advantages over online competition? “Many,” says Christine Hager. “The social aspect of a centre is increasingly important, the community thought”. However, according to Christine Hager it is also crucial that tenants set themselves up digitally in order to offer consumers more service and to pick them up on all channels. “What we need to achieve is the digital mall,” says Hager.
